I'm a private chef and nutritional therapist dedicated to helping mothers feel their best during one of life's most beautiful—and demanding—journeys.
Before coming to Santa Cruz and specializing in postpartum nutrition, I worked as the head chef in a restaurant in Berlin, Germany. I trained in Paris, France and cooking schools across Asia with a focus on Ayurvedic cooking.
My passion for postpartum nutrition began when I witnessed close friends struggle with exhaustion and inadequate support during their recovery. I realized that nourishing meals were often the missing piece in the postpartum puzzle.
As a mother myself, I understand the unique nutritional needs of pregnant and postpartum bodies. That's why I create every meal with intention—using warming ingredients that support digestion, boost circulation, and promote milk production.
